own factory ( not subbed out )
this means we can overseeing the
quality control so ensuring only
the very best finish is allowed
to leave the factory so our
clients get the best.
Our base system we use has been
designed by us and improved to
the degree that it uses the same
construction methods as a
suspended floor in a domestic
home.
Fully filled between the timbers
with high density celutex
insulation, then layered with a
water proof membrane covered
with water proof chipboard
flooring, then the floor is
finished with wood floor effect
uneclick floor boards.
Wall construction is of
regularized tanalized timber
then lined with ply for
stability then externally
layered with very high
performance insulation over this
is introduced a 25 mm airflow so
the garden building can breath,
then clad with western red cedar
or similar cladding.
Internally the walls are
finished with plasterboard and
skimmed, then decorated with two
coats of emulsion, then fully
finished skirting and
architraves.
roof covering is from a one coat
rubber membrane, so there are no
joints to come apart finished
around the edges with coated
angle covers for a beautifully
neat line.
